Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/2026

Due to the nature of apostille and authentication services, refunds are limited.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Government fees
  • Embassy or consulate fees
  • Courier and shipping costs
  • Services already performed or submitted to any authority

Service Fees

If a request is canceled before any work begins, service fees may be refunded minus an administrative processing fee.

Once processing has started, service fees are non-refundable, even if a document is rejected by a third party.

Rejections

If a document is rejected due to an error caused by JLF, we will:

  • Correct the issue at no additional service charge or
  • Re-submit the document when possible

Rejections caused by inaccurate information, ineligible documents, or changing foreign requirements are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Review

Refund or correction requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of service completion.
