Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Supplying eligible and authentic documents
• Confirming destination country requirements when requested
• Meeting deadlines and responding to requests for missing information

Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or rejections.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While JLF takes all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and compliance, we cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties, including foreign authorities or embassies, as requirements may change without notice.

Fees & Payment

• Fees are based on service type, complexity, and destination country
• Government and embassy fees are pass-through costs
• Payment is required before processing unless otherwise agreed in writing

Limitation of Liability

JLF shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by government agencies or embassies
• Rejections due to document defects not disclosed by the client
• Shipping delays or losses caused by third-party carriers

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected transaction.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of JLF Authentication Agency and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which JLF Authentication Agency is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
